Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your hotel or with our handling of your reservation we will compensate you in a way you consider fair.
Simply send an email to service@sciway.net and tell us what happened. Please include your Hotel-Guides.us confirmation number.
If you are not satisfied with your hotel, we will contact the hotel to see if its managers will make things right. If they won't, we will.
Compensation limit. This guarantee is limited to the cost of your hotel room (including taxes but excluding optional extras). For example, if you pay us or a hotel $100, the most we will compensate you is $100.
