  Guest review: Not a good value - didn't look like online photos - exterior was in poor condition, yard was overgrown - room was filthy and run-down, smelled like smoke - needed better lighting - had to ask for help to turn on the AC - bedspread was filthy, so we didn't use it - dresser was worn and dirty - light over sink didn't work, and there was no cold water and no soap - bathtub had rust stains - baseboards around the toilet weren't even attached to the wall, and the walls were stained and buckled - no bath mat, but the towels were clean and fresh - hallways were dark and narrow, ceiling tiles were stained and loose, carpet was stained - stairs were loose and banged on the wall by our room - office was small - a terrible stay - May 2008
